Liz Kenyon

Name: Liz Kenyon
Bio: Prior to painting fulltime, Liz Kenyon worked as a freelance artist illustrating book covers for Avon Books, New York. She’s nationally published and has won over 20 awards for her illustrations, monoprints and soft pastel paintings. Liz attended the University of Arizona where she learned the basics. Although she’s lived and worked in Phoenix since 1975, memories of rolling oak covered hills and the lonely farmworker of her California upbringing have continued as recurring themes in her artwork.

Subjects: Landscape, Still Life, Figurative.
Style: Representational. But the word does not go close to expressing this artist’s beautiful individual approach to her subject matter.
