Terri Ford

Name: Terri Ford, PSA
Bio: Terri Ford attended the Academy of Art College in San Francisco where she majored in illustration. A native Californian and resident of San Jose, Terri has travelled extensively throughout Europe and Mexico. She teaches workshops in France, Italy and California. A studio artist for many years, she now focuses on painting en plein air.
Among many other articles on Terri, I must mention her interview with Colin Fry in the December 2006 Pastel Journal – if only because three of the eight paintings featured were of Irish scenes.
Medium: Pastel.
Subjects: Landscape; portraits.
Style: Representational/impressionistic.
Navigation: Somewhat confusing. The main menu is not available once you leave the home page. Navigation thereon consists of searching for the Home link, or using the PC back button.
Gallery: Paintings; France Paintings. Paintings has subgalleries: Carmel and Past Paintings; If you choose Carmel, the only option offered from there is the Home link. If you choose Past Paintings, you are offered five further sub-galleries to the side, (New York, Paris, Plein Air; Italy en plein air; Portraits; Landscape; Other) not along the top as heretofore. If you choose any of these five sub-galleries you do have the option of returning to Past Paintings, or Home. There are missing links to paintings in three of these five.
