Paul Régnier

Name:  Paul Régnier
Bio: Paul Régnier was born in 1943; his interest in painting manifested itself early, and aged 11 his parents gave him a correspondence course in drawing, whence he never looked back. This led him to the discovery of pastels, whose colours and immediacy of touch won him over.
