Bio : Michele Mozzone graduated from Emmanuel College, Boston, Massachusetts in 1986 with a BFA (Cum Laude). Michele was the recipient of a four-year St. Vincent De Paul Art Scholarship. She has studied with, among others, pastellists Tony Allain, Aline Ordman, Alain Picard, Frank Federico, and Marla Baggetta.
Her list of awards and achievements is significant. Among the most recent are an award in the 2016 Pastel 100; and a Master Circle designation in the IAPS.
Michele lives in Providence, Rhode Island, and teaches young adult and adult painting and drawing classes in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
